Ensemble Nikel performs *Bright Darkness* by Klaus Lang
Nikel is presenting its first open-air concert in Bern’s Rosengarten. As the sun sets, the ensemble will perform *Bright Darkness* by Klaus Lang.
This atmospheric one-hour piece of music constantly evolves through a succession of minute changes. The perception of time and timbre becomes a vivid experience.
In this special setting, Nikel will present in his home town one of the most frequently performed works from its repertoire to its audience and passers-by. The concert takes place as part of the Bern-based ensemble’s 20th-anniversary celebrations.

Concert starts: 8 pm (approx. 60 minutes)
Admission: free, donations welcome
In the event of bad weather, the concert will be cancelled on Thursday (concert day) at noon.
